Live Music for Everyone in Blackburn

Blackburn Gigs is back with a new home at The Bureau Centre of the Arts. Running from May to September 2026, we’re bringing a diverse programme of live music to Blackburn every weekend, featuring grassroots bands, touring artists, folk, jazz and more. Supported by Arts Council England and Blackburn with Darwen Council, the programme is rebuilding the town’s live music scene while creating opportunities for local musicians to develop and perform.

Local musicians aged 16+ can register for performance opportunities, free artist development workshops and sound/lighting technician training. Click here to apply.
