XOX + Run It Up
Heavy Metal at The Bureau featuring Hard Rock and Hardcore. This one is going to be loud and sweaty, two Morecambe bands are bringing riffs and wild on stage antics to our lovely community centre.
XOX
XOX are a heavy hitting band who live for riffs and playing loud. Simple as. Their shows are a constant high energy, no punches pulled experience, with a sound heavily influenced by Queens of the Stone Age and Deftones.
They started making music in mid 2023, forming from the ashes of a previous band. Calling on some talented friends, they began pulling song ideas together and eventually wrote a full 5 track EP, released in February 2025.
The band sold out their first ever show at one of Lancaster’s best loved community spaces in 2024, before going on to play twice at the biggest venue in Lancaster, Kanteena, once as part of an artist showcase and again for a visiting well known tribute band.
They have twice played The Ferret, one of the most well known and biggest venues in Preston, one of which was a headline slot. One of those shows also spawned a live EP release.
XOX have since gained a new singer, Liam, and gone on to release two singles with further shows planned across the country.
Run It Up
